Scott Hill has been playing professionally for decades. He's also spent nearly 35 years building software, leading development teams, and designing technology platforms.

For years, the band ran the way most working bands run: a spreadsheet for the money and Ops, a shared calendar nobody kept current, a group text AND chat app for everything else, and a lot of questions.

"The spreadsheet was great until it wasn't. Years of expansion, data, and neglect made it difficult to use. It was no good as a quick reference on a phone. There was no automation and so many other issues it couldn't solve like communications. Ultimately managing the sheet became a big part of being a band leader. I'd spent my whole career building platforms for other people's problems. This one was mine."

He looked for a band management tool that fit the every day needs of his working band — one place for the calendar, the conversation, the setlists, contacts, and the books, with the right access for every member. Nothing fit the bill. So he built one.

EZBand Flow is 8 months of design, development and real-world testing — used on real gigs, by real bands, before anyone else was invited in. It's not a side project. It's a serious platform built with serious intention.
