Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Arc & Ether LLC (“Arc & Ether,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit ezbandflow.com (the “Site”). It applies to the Site only. The EZBand Flow platform, the app you sign in to, has its own terms and privacy notice, which you’ll see before you create an account.

1. Information you give us

We collect information only when you choose to submit one of our two forms:

• Contact form: your name, your email address, your message, and anything else you choose to include.
• Early access request form: your name, your email address, and the details the form asks for about you and your band (for example, band name, your role, band size, or location).
• Your email choice: whether you checked the box to receive EZBand Flow updates.

Please don’t put sensitive information, such as passwords or payment details, in a form.

2. Information collected automatically

The Site uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as:

• the pages you visit, how long you stay, and the links and buttons you click;
• the website, search, or ad that brought you to the Site;
• your browser, device type, operating system, and screen size; and
• your approximate location (such as country, region, or city), estimated from your IP address.

We look at this information in summary form to understand how the Site is used. We don’t use these tools to collect your name, email address, or other information that directly identifies you, and we don’t send them what you enter in our forms. We may record that a form was submitted (for example, to count early access requests), but not what you entered.

Google and Meta collect this information under their own privacy policies and may combine it with other information they hold about you. For example, Meta may connect your visit to your Facebook or Instagram account if you’re logged in to one of them in the same browser. We use this to measure our ads and to show EZBand Flow ads to people who have visited the Site. Like most websites, our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs, including IP addresses, browser type, and request times. These logs are used for security and to keep the Site running.

3. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• answer your messages and questions;
• review early access requests and contact you about early access, onboarding, and feedback;
• send EZBand Flow news and launch updates, but only if you opted in (see Section 4);
• understand how visitors use the Site and make it better;
• measure and improve our advertising;
• protect the Site and block spam, fraud, and abuse; and
• meet our legal obligations.

4. Emails and your opt-in

We send EZBand Flow updates, such as product news and launch announcements, only if you check the opt-in box on one of our forms. Every update email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe by emailing contact@ezbandflow.com.

Unsubscribing stops updates only. We may still email you directly about something you asked us for, such as a reply to your message or news about your early access request.

5. Cookies and your choices

• Browser settings: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you block them, the Site will still work.
• Google Analytics: you can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Meta ads: you can change how Meta uses your activity for ads in the ad preferences of your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
• Industry opt-outs: tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page let you limit interest-based ads from participating companies.

Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. There is no common standard for these signals, and the Site does not currently respond to them.

6. How we share information

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t give what you enter in our forms to advertisers. We share information only in these cases:

• Service providers that help us run the Site, send email, and measure performance, such as hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers. They may use the information only to provide those services to us.
• Google and Meta, as described in Section 2.
• Legal reasons: when we believe the law requires it, or when it’s needed to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users, the public, or Arc & Ether.
• Business changes: as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business. In that case, the information would remain covered by this policy or one that is equally protective.
• With your permission.

7. How long we keep information

• Contact messages: for as long as we need them to respond, and for a reasonable time afterward for our records.
• Early access requests: for as long as they’re useful for our early access program and the EZBand Flow launch. After that, we delete them or remove the details that identify you.
• Email opt-ins: until you unsubscribe. After you unsubscribe, we keep a record of your email address so we don’t email you updates again.
• Analytics data: kept according to the retention settings of Google Analytics and Meta.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 8).

8. Your rights and requests

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct it;
• delete it; or
• stop sending you update emails.

Depending on where you live, the law may give you other privacy rights as well. To make a request, email contact@ezbandflow.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we’ll respond within the time the law requires. We won’t treat you differently for making a request.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect. However, no website or method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Visitors outside the U.S.

We are based in the United States, and we process and store information in the United States. By using the Site from another country, you understand that your information will be handled in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

12. Links to other sites

The Site links to other websites and services, such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. We don’t control those sites, and this policy doesn’t cover them. Please review their privacy policies.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make a significant change, we’ll also post a notice on the Site.
